Refund & Exchange Policy

At Calmae, every product is crafted with care and handled thoughtfully before it reaches you. To maintain the quality and safety of our home–scent products, we do not accept refunds or exchanges for any reason other than verified product damage. We appreciate your understanding and support.

No Refunds or Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Once an order is placed, we are unable to offer:

  • Refunds
  • Exchanges
  • Cancellations after the order has been processed

Please make sure your shipping details and product selections are correct before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, we are here to help. To process your claim smoothly, please send us:

  • A clear video showing the damage, including the packaging
  • Your order number
  • Your name and contact information

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement for the damaged item.

Incorrect Items Received

If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours with a video and your order details. We will correct the mistake immediately.
